With your primary sponsorship of EFX you will receive our commitment to ensure that we work with your organization to meet your current promotional needs.

(2) 30 second video commercials and 3 static ads to be played during the HD video boards operation.

The ribbon board surrounds the stadium at the mid level and will carry your company message during the event. You will receive 2 different messages.

A 20 x 20 booth with first through sixth placement choice selection. Your booth will also include 1000 watt electrical service.

There will be very limited demo time available. We anticipate all of it to be filled by our 6 top sponsors (included in your sponsorship). Please keep in mind this is not the average demo slot. It will be covered by 2 cameramen to be transmitted to the video boards live, and include audio commentary as well as your corporate static logos on the boards (ribbon and video). During that demonstration you will have the entire stadium’s attention....so make it good!

(7000 sq. ft.): The VIP Business lounge is the business to business lounge that is not open to the public. This is a dealer venue above the show floor that affords you a quiet place to meet with your current or perspective clients. Food and beverage will be available. You can step out on the VIP balcony and watch the show from above. In, addition you will receive two 8’ tables in the VIP Lounge to show your products to dealers and distributors, all in an exclusive setting.

EFX will pay out over $20,000.00 in prize money. The award checks (the big ones!) will include your company logo. We realize that you’re helping to make this event possible and want to ensure your recognition.
